The updated default file and registry permissions for Windows 7, 8.1, and 10 starting in 2022
A bug in Windows 10 used the edit command to restart the system in safe mode and did not clear the registry keys for the secure boot option after the order was removed.
Because of this, when you reboot into normal mode, many services won’t start because Windows thinks you’re still in a safe way even though you’re not. This prevented almost everything from working correctly.
The Program has been updated to remove these keys automatically, so Windows doesn’t get stuck thinking it’s in safe mode.
I also added the “remove_stuck_safeguard” file in the Program, files\refiles folder. You can use this file manually if needed.
